You have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to request a refund or an exchange.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, together with the Casa Rosa kit. Items that are stained, damaged, worn, washed or returned without their hygiene protection label cannot be accepted.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the product is found to be defective.
Hand wash only. Dry cleaning is recommended. Do not tumble dry, bleach or expose the item to high temperatures. Iron at a low temperature only.
To preserve the colour and quality of your swimwear, always rinse it in cold water after swimming in the sea or pool, then leave it to dry in the shade.
Remove any jewellery or detachable accessories before washing.

The fit may vary slightly depending on the style. We generally recommend choosing your usual size.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for greater comfort.

When a product or size is sold out, you can register directly on the product page to receive an email notification as soon as it is back in stock.
Restocks depend on the style and collection, so we cannot guarantee that every item will become available again.
