Refund policy
At Casa Rosa, each piece is crafted in limited quantities with exceptional care.
If an item doesn’t work for you, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Please read the conditions below to ensure your return is accepted and processed smoothly.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Casa Rosa reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these conditions.
Return Process

Include your full name, order number, and the item you wish to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. -
Our team will send you a prepaid return shipping label with tracking.

Prepare and drop off your parcel following the provided instructions.

Keep your proof of shipment until your refund has been confirmed.
Return Shipping fees
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
To make the process easier, Casa Rosa provides a prepaid return label.
A flat fee of €7 for this service will be automatically deducted from your refund.
This ensures a simple, secure, and trackable return—without needing to pay upfront at the post office.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and approved by our quality team:

the refund will be issued to the original method of payment,
-
initial shipping fees will not be refunded,
-
the €7 return fee will be automatically deducted,
-
you will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your provider. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at casarosaswim@gmail.com.
Non-Refundable items
For hygiene and compliance reasons, the following items cannot be refunded:

bikini bottoms with a removed or damaged hygiene liner,
-
items that are worn, washed, stained, perfumed, or damaged,
-
items purchased through retail partners (returns must be made directly to the retailer)
Faulty Items and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
For the sake of fairness and to preserve the integrity of our limited collections, we are unable to accept returns on sale items.
Gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item:

Write “Exchange” in the subject or body of your email.

Specify the item and the size you would like to switch to.

The first exchange is free.

From the second exchange onward, a €5 fee will be applied.
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
If the requested item is no longer in stock, we will propose alternative options or issue a refund. Please note: Casa Rosa does not provide direct swaps via shipment until the original item has been received and approved.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
