SHIPPING

All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days by the Casa Rosa team. 

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you. We will provide you with a tracking number. If you have any question about your order, feel free to contact info@casarosaswim.com.

Standard Delivery

FRANCE - 10€ (free delivery above 300€ orders)

EU - 14€ (free delivery above 350€ orders)

REST OF THE WORLD - 40€ (free delivery above 450€ orders)

RETURNS

Of course, you can return your swimsuit for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your Casa Rosa order. Please note that return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, in which case the return will be free of charge. All we ask is that the swimsuit is returned in its original packaging and condition, together with the Casa Rosa kit. Unfortunately, if the swimsuit is stained, damaged, or missing the hygienic protection label, we will not be able to accept the return of your Casa Rosa product.

PROMOTION

Please note that, in accordance with our Casa Rosa policy, returns and exchanges are not accepted for items purchased during sale or promotional periods, except in the case of a defect identified on the product.
